WORKDAY - CONCEPTUAL
Workday were sponsoring a premium recruitment event in Australia, attended by senior talent leaders and business owners. I was tasked with developing conceptual leave-behind gifts that would be placed on audience seats to create a memorable brand moment.
Working closely with a copywriter, we explored a range of ideas that played on familiar Australian cultural cues and recruitment language to create something both relevant and engaging.
This led to three concepts which included the gift and a supporting flyer. A pool ring that tapped into the idea of the talent pool, a pair of BBQ tongs centred around “snagging” (very Australian slag) the right talent, and red light glasses which revealed a hidden message on the supporting flyer about bringing clarity to the recruitment process with Workday.
Each idea was designed to feel playful but considered, using humour and interaction to cut through at a high-end event and leave a lasting impression of the brand.
